This incredible villa offers 4 fantastic bedrooms, each of which is fully airconditioned and offers an ensuite bathroom. Also, all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a balcony. From the balconies, you can admire the beautiful emerald waters of Rhodes. Two of the bedrooms have double beds. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed and bunk beds and the other bedroom has twin beds. Also, there is a single sofa bed in the living room. Two of the bathrooms have a bathtub and the rest two have showers. There\u2019s an open plan fully equipped kitchen, designed in sophisticated tones, suitable for any meal preparation. Guests will find a cozy living room and a seating area where you can enjoy your meal. There\u2019s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.<\/p>\n

Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.<\/p>\n

Guests will find the nearest beach, Gennadi beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Gennadi village, less than a 5-minute drive, is a peaceful place where you\u2019ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach on the island, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 30-minute drive far from Gennadi. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about an hour’s drive away from the villa.
